Hello, my name is Rob Turley and welcome to my portfolio website. Please continue to scroll through at your leisure and enjoy.

Who I Am & What I Do

I come from from a small town called Poughquag, NY, just outside of the city of Poughkeepsie. I love to longboard, travel, Muay Thai kickboxing, golf and design. Design is my life and I aspire to become one of the best in both design and art direction. I am great at working with others and I promote a good and healthy work environment around myself. I always keep up with the ever-changing industry, strive for the best and want nothing less.

I am a talented graphic designer who currently attends the School of Design at RIT. I have a keen interest in advertising design, UX design as well as art direction. I wish to keep the good in good design and design processes.

UX Website/App Building Project

The following project was created for the RIT Nature Trails, which is an un-utilized part of the campus. With the partnership of AbbeyJo Leyendecker and Trinity Parcero, our group effectively created a usable and nearly effortless way to access new ideas and capabilities within the Nature Trails for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile. We used a "mobile first" approach.

Hidden Gem Project

The following project was created for Yummy Garden Hot Pot. Equal credit is given to Lauren Mays, Yi Chen and Leah Kotas. Hot pot is a Traditional style Chinese food restaurant. We were instructed to find three "hidden gems" and choose one to improve some aspects of the branding including Hot Pot, California Rollin' and Lori's Natural Food Market. The linked photo below contains a presentation style slideshow to show the progress we have made in a week long time limit.

Feel Free to check out the Hot Pot mood video we created with the link below.
